Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please send us an email at . We will give you a refund or a replacement of your choice depending on the reason and situation. 


Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.


Kapha follows a transparent returns and exchange policy for all full-price products bought from the online store. You can return unused product(s) in 4 simple steps

  • Contact us through email/ phone and clarify the reason for cancellation/return or exchange within 1 week of purchase delivery.
  • Stated if you want to replace the product, or need a refund
  • Validation of reason (if the reason stated for return/ refund of the product is valid) will be sent through email by Kapha team within 24 hours
  • Follow the necessary process to return the product(s) before refund is initiated


Refunds will be initiated in a maximum of 7 working days.

All refunds will happen through online transfer from our team to yours. For prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the account/card.
