Shipping & Delivery Policy


  1. Normally for any online order(s) placed we aim to ship within 24hours, provided that the card security checks are complete, payment is received and the stock availability is confirmed.
  2. Shipment of order(s) received on a Sunday or during Holidays will be initiated the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
  3. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

  2. Delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.
  3. The indicated date of delivery in the update emails and messages are estimates only actual delivery will be accordance with courier company schedule and constraints if any.
  4. Entering correct address data is customer’s responsibility; incorrect addresses will not ensure delivery. Deliberate misrepresentation is not allowed.
